Fairies Reunited is Launched...

BRAIN NEEDS YOU!...

As the years have passed by she has lost touch with many a fairy.
Hours are lost to daydreaming of their whereabouts ...she decided to take action or risk a life of decreased productivity.

She wants to get in touch... track and trace...reunite the fairies.

Can you help?   Do you have a Fairy?   Have you spotted one recently?

We must stick together in the PLIGHT TO REUNITE.

Mwah ha ha Halloween....

Well we've had a lovely time tonight, carving squashes (the supermarkets had sold out of pumpkins...) Samantha's 'evil Prince Larry' is on the left and I carved his sidekick 'nutter.'  During the evening, Samantha confessed she had never carved a pumpkin before, and unfortunately, as they were squashes, she still hasn't!

CAPE UK Creative Summer Scheme.....Swans

It floats!!

So does mine...
Taking shape...
Minor adjustments...
On a journey...
My favorite...
Over the summer I have been working on a ‘CAPE UK’ Creative Family Summer Scheme.
The final day was held in Greenhead Park, Huddersfield. We had glorious weather despite the forecast.  For this day of celebration  I designed a floating swan project. Families each made their own swan to float on the pond.  The idea being they would let them float free with a message of peace.  It did not work out quite as planned, people became attached to their birds. They each made loan test voyages and were then taken home to be kept as pets?

Most importantly the day was enjoyed by all involved.  Many swans did float during the day....just not on mass. They would have frightened the ducks anyway!
